May 11,2019 - Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Facilitator:  Jodi Krahn Spring is the season of renewal, rebirth and new beginnings. It is the time of year when the dormant seeds of winter make their journey up through the moist earth into possibility. When spring is given the optimum conditions of soil, space and light it can unfurl into summer’s bounty. To cultivate a way of being that brings forth life a woman must honour, nourish and protect her mind, heart, body and soul.  To have a beauty-full, bounty-full life a woman must inquire deep within and ask: Who am I ? Why am I here? What do I want? How can I fully become my own unique, authentic self ? What gifts want to come through me to bless the world?  This spring time Gather:her women’s circle will give you’re the opportunity to step away from your everyday life and give yourself the gift of space to rest, nourish and tend to your feminine psyche in the company of other women who are intentional on their life journey. Through feminine movement practices (gentle yoga, qigong, embodied prayer and dance) , exploration of important and transformational feminine archetypes, expressive art, journaling and poetry you will be guided through a day of self-development and transformation. *EveryBODY is welcomed and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Jodi Krahn is a mind-body focused psychotherapist, clinical counsellor, embodiment transformational women’s coach, an inquiry yoga teacher and the founder of Gather:her women’s circles. Breath as Prayer

Jun 9,2019 - Time: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Celtic Spirituality Retreat

Jul 21,2019 - Jul 27,2019Time: 6:00 am - 6:00 am
Come engage in Christian Celtic Spirituality themes through story, chants, and interactive experiences to connect more deeply with our True Essence, the Sacred Earth, and Oneness with God. Facilitated by Lorie Martin and David Taylor What is it about Celtic Spirituality that continues to rise from the ancient paths to lead us in the earthy embodied ways of living our authentic faith?  Perhaps it began with songs sung while washing the baby, when planting seeds, or with prayers said when bowing to the moon at night. In this course we will learn and engage the deep wells of Christian Celtic Spirituality to be refreshed in our true Essence and re-oriented in the essential goodness of all of Creation. We will be recalled to the holy work of listening to the heartbeat of God in quiet, through community, in the sacred utterances of creation, through spiritual practices and compassionate action. Time will be spent exploring Celtic themes through circle gatherings, Celtic chants, Morning Prayer overlooking the lake, and hands-on art and nature stations. Together we will build a Celtic Cross in nature connecting with the elements and praying for the Earth. The brave may even circle dance! “Let us become aware of God’s Presence within and all around” “May we open to what has never happened before.” J P Newell I have had the honor and joy to have been on retreat and attended 3 years of the School of Celtic Consciousness with John Philip Newell, who is today’s leading teacher/author on Celtic Spirituality. I love the earthy, simple but profound, teaching and practices of Christian Celtic Spirituality – Lorie TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT: To Register & for More Info
